2001 Mercedes-Benz E430 Questions

Hi does anyone know what I can possible change to fix the problem I'm having.
I have already changed out crankshaft sensor, fuel pump relay, fuel filter.
I started with fuel pupm relay didn't solve problem then fuel filter seemed to solve problem for 1 week then car continued to die out...

Local non mercedes mechanic thinks its an o2 sensor....but also that it might be the CAT converter

Under hard acceleration it locks up, under normal conditions it is noisy and hard to steer, fluid level is full.

After warrenty expired, all hell broke lose....Transmission fluid leak, instrument panel need to be replaced, rear window motor replaced, air conditioning not working, CEL come on all the time. body paint got cheaped easily. ETC Maintenance and repair is very expensive.
