1992 Geo Tracker ProblemsEngine Oil Leak From Front Crankshaft Seal
An engine oil leak may develop from the front crankshaft seal due to hardening of the rubber seal. There is a revised seal and sleeve available to correct this concern. Our technicians tell us that changing the oil every 3000 miles may help prolong seal life.
A condition may develop where the accelerator pedal sticks and is not smooth. This can be caused by carbon build up on the throttle shaft or throttle body cleaner was used which removed the special coating on the throttle shaft. Our technicians tell us that if this is the case the throttle body should be replaced.
1992 Geo Tracker Questions92 tracker 2wd new alternator, battery and relay. Car dies not charge. Help (1 answer)
Battery is completely dead after driving fifty miles or less. Even without lights or blower motor on. Does anyone have any real info. Had altanator and battery tested. They ate good after charging.
Every time we put a new speedometer cable on (3 cables so far ) and start the geo it breaks at the transmission. Why?
Our car came to us w/o owners manual. When we test drove it the AC was ice cold, but turned on by the owner now we can't get anything but warm air. What are we, hopefully, doing wrong?
