1991 Ford Probe ProblemsEngine Runs Rough at Idle
The thermostat may allow the engine to run too cool, which will cause it to run rough at idle. Replacing the thermostat should fix this concern if the engine is running too cool.
If the engine runs rough, stalls, hesitates on acceleration, is hard to start, or has generally poor performance, this can be caused by a cracked or broken air inlet tube. Loose clamps on the air tube can also cause this these problems. Tightening the air inlet tube, or replacing if broken, should correct the problem.

What's the easiest way to rep. pass. side restraint? It's stuck in halfway pos. and I don't know where or how to start. Any suggestions? Stick the car where?? In the shop? No thanx!
I have a 1991 Probe GL with 253 K miles ( LOVE my car) and the seat belt finally got stuck for good, on passenger side . Am I still eligible for the recall repair that I noted on your website, or is it a bit late? Would like to know before I start attempting repairs myself.
