There is a technical service bulletin for the V8 engines regarding a possible problem with the spark plug being ejected from the cylinder head, damaging the threads in the spark plug hole. If the vehicle is under warranty, cylinder head replacement is recommended. If the vehicle is out of warranty, Ford authorized the use of a specific thread insert to repair the head.
both driver and passenger doors have paint falling off right in the middle at the bottom... also there is rust where the paint was coming off. the back doors are doing the same thing. also in the corners of the windows the paint is falling off and it is rusting in the corners right next to the rubber gasket for the windows all 4 doors on my crew cab..
2002 Ford F-250 Super Duty Questions
When I was pulling my trailer down the road my turbo hose on the passenger side ,on my 7.3 blows off and I lose a lot of power reinstalled hose it blew off again.
It starts and runs fine for about 10 min and then stalls. It won't start for several hours. I have replaced the CPS and ICP. Neither has helped. Truck has 215,000 miles and I have owned since new. Any Ideas?

Bought my 2002 F-250 4X4 V-10 new. Now has 74,000 mi many of which were driven with a full sized Slide in Camper in the bed.
