If you experience poor idle quality and fuel economy (and the Check Engine Light illuminates) after the exhaust system or motor has been removed and replaced, it could be that the oxygen sensor wires are crossed at the rear of the motor. Wiring schematics should be checked to ensure that the correct harness plug is connected to the corresponding sensor.

van shimmys at 45 mph tap lightly on brake it goes away but immediatly comes back did the tie rods got new tires (balanced and aligned) even had new rubber bushings on upper control arms.

brakeline rusted shifter solenoid broke, shifter broke, exaust fell off makes a loud klunk when shifting into reverse, whines when you get above 20 mphs calls for 215-70r-14 tires, which are not very common a rust problem at base of doors.
