Failure of rear evaporator

I have had the Van for 2 months. The A/C was hissing and then blowing warm air. Lucky still have the manufactures warrenty and I am told the rear evaporater needs to be replaced. I am still waiting for this part to arrive so far 1 week has passed and it will be July this week. I need this fixed asap.

Rear Lift Gate Support Attaching Bolts May Break

The rear lift gate support (prop) attaching bolts may break, causing the lift gate to fall unexpectedly. Thorough inspection of the bolts is required; if the support washers are loose, the supports need to be replaced.

Surging While Driving Between 40 and 50 MPH

V6 engines may experience surging while driving. The condition is more noticeable between 40 and 50 MPH while accelerating up a hill/slight incline. Replacing the powertrain control module (PCM) and updating the transmission control module (TCM) software may be required.

Great van Bought this town & country used with 16m on it. Never had any major problems except general maintenance. I have used this van work loading it up beyond its capacity and with 145m its still running smooth.
Bought this vehicle with less the 800 miles on it six years ago, now at 65,000 miles. I have replaced the front brakes 3 times, water pump, radiator pitcock, alternator. Peeves about vehicle 1. Steering column inside of vehicle squeeks when turning if air temperature is under 85 degrees F. Teflon spray no help. 2. Dome lights overheat and burn sockets. 3. So disappointed. Got this minivan at a great price and with very low miles. Pretty soon I started having problems with the power windows blowing a fuse for no apparent reason. Then the steering column needed to be replaced. Then the lift gate bar broke I also have one of the sliding doors that randomly closes when you try and open it and the sensor doesn't work well and now the transmission...
