A/C is not blowing any air out unless I drive fast, but still... (1 answer)

but still, when I drive fast, I can feel the "Coldness" of the a/c, but nothing is blowing out, I don't believe the fan is working. My truck has about 75k miles on it. What could be wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated, it's getting over 100 degrees out side.
