For some reason my car randomly started acting up, i cant go over 40mph. (1 answer)

what could be the reason for this happening? i did some research and it said it could be the throttle position sensor but im not sure. when i get up to 40 it jerks my car so i have to stay at about 38 to stay safe

IF THE AIR CONDITIONER COMPRESSOR CLUTCH ASSEMBLY CONTACTS THE AUXILIARY ENGINE OIL COOLER OUT HOSE, THE HOSE MAY WEAR THROUGH ALLOWING ENGINE OIL TO LEAK IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.

THE FUEL FEED AND RETURN LINES TO THE ENGINE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM WERE NOT FULLY ASSEMBLED AND LOCKED. THE LINES CAN WORK LOOSE, CAUSING A FUEL LEAK IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT.

1993 cadillac eldorado it has anti theft issues. it will not turn over with the key.I can jump the starter cylinoid across and it will start if the fuel relay is disconnected and it stays running until I try to put the relay back in and then it dies because the #1 cylinder fills up with fuel. then it won't turn over unless I take the spark plug out of #1 cylinder and remove the fuel
