Corrosion of the Fuel Tank Harness Due to Water Leak

Corrosion at the fuel tank to body harness may cause the Check Engine Light to illuminate or a crank no start condition. This corrosion issue is most commonly caused by a water leak inside the vehicle. Any damaged wiring or connectors will require replacement.

Intake Manifold Gaskets May Leak Coolant or Engine Oil

The intake manifold gasket may develop and external engine oil or coolant leak. In some cases, an internal coolant leak may occur causing coolant to mix with the engine oil.
