My turn signal stopped working. I cha Inged the signal relay under the dash. It was working really slow. Now it won't work at all. I have checked all of the bulbs and fuses twice. The wipers, high beams and cruise control still work. (1 answer)

Already changed the brake pedal switch and the turn signal switch still I don't have break lights. My running lights work but my third break light does not work either even after changing the turn signal switch.all bulbs look fine and so do the fuses. What could the problem be

I have a 1996 buick regal, 4 doors, gray. bought it brand new and now I have 267,000 miles. engine run great, regular maintenance kept it this long. working on a/c and other interior issues but its been a great car.. paint job looks good..
