2012 Buick Enclave Recalls

Liftgate Falls Closed Without Warning

The power liftgate may fall suddenly from the open position due to the failure of the struts that support it when open. Dealers will update the software for the liftgate actuator motor control unit to prevent rapid closing of the liftgate free of charge to resolve the problem.

Front Seatbelt Buckle Failure

In the affected vehicles, there is a flexible steel steel cable that connects the seatbelt buckle to the front seat frame. Over time the cable may fatigue and separate. If the steel cable separates, the seatbelt may not properly restrain the seat occupant, increasing the risk of an injury in a crash. Dealers will inspect and replace the affected seatbelt buckles (lap pretensioners) to correct this concern.

The Side Impact Airbag System May Not Deploy As Expected

Increased resistance in the front seat mounted side impact air bag (SIAB) wiring harness can result in the SIAB and seat belt pretensioners not deploying as expected in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of personal injury. Dealers will replace the affected harness connections with soldered connections to correct this concern.

I was so devastated that i had an accident that left me bedridden. After 9 months of emotional pain and languish, a friend of mine introduced me to a certain spell caster, this was after I have been scammed by various fake spell cast...
Like others I bought this brand new as my dream car. My first problem, which occurred with only roughly 30,000 miles, was the power steering failed. The car had to be taken on a flatbed. That was fixed under warranty. Tires for the vehicle were over $1,000 at 30,000 miles. I now have 42,000 miles and my transmission is slipping! Plus, I also have that "moaning" noise coming from somewhere i...
BOUGHT OUR 2012 ENCLAVE NEW. AFTER THE FIRST OIL CHANGE MY HUSBAND NOTICED OIL SPOTS ON THE GARAGE FLOOR AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS. HE TOOK OUR CAR BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE IT WAS SERVICED AND WAS TOLD THE REAR MAIN SEAL WAS LEAKING AND IT WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED. NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS. WITH JUST 4500 MILES ON IT WHAT ELSE IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITHIN THE NEXT 10 YRS.
