Carrollton Complete Automotive
The customer service here is horrible! I made an appointment at 7:30AM when the shop opened. I was told that I could bring my van in at 11:00am. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that a walk-in had come in and the shop could not service me today. I advised that I had scheduled an appointment, but was told again that I could not be serviced today. I asked for a referral to another shop and was simply told NO. I am not sure how this type of customer service (or the lack of) keeps this shop in business. Use at your own risk. I had to select a rating, but I would have given them a - rating.
