The carpet on the driver's side and rear passenger (behind driver) has become very wet. We have had lots of rain. Has never leaked before. What should I check??

It is harder to find a leak when things are wet. Try to dry out the carpets as best you can. Inspect the door jamb rubber seals. Check they are not damaged. Also check that perhaps a seat belt or something was not jammed in the door seal especially if there was not a leak before.
Next sit in the car with a flash light and get a friend to spray water at the doors with a garden hose and see if you can see water entering the car. If you can't try pulling back the carpets and repeating the water test.

Did you ever resolve this problem? I have a 2007 CRV and the floors are constantly wet. we have had lots of snow, lately. I took it to a body shop that did a water test and they could not find where the water was coming in.
