  While we haven't stopped using their service department altogether (the only other option is across town or an hour away) we have taken some of our business elsewhere. On multiple occasions their service advisors misrepresented how long work would take, costs, etc. Nothing criminal, but frustrating and they did not seem to value me or my wife's time.

  Also had two different warranty issues that involved multiple visits for them to git r' done.
