    Took my Honda here as I had some vandalism done to it with the old sugar in the tank trick. No other Honda shop would even take a look at it. They cleaned out the gas tank, replaced the rail and fuel injectors and I was on my way. Thanks Carolina Tire.

    This is an embarrassing story for me to tell, but it goes to the honesty and integrity of Carolina Tire & Auto. My 1991 Porsche 928 would not start so I had it towed to Carolina Tire & Auto. They called when it arrived and would call with their diagnostic results. At this point I'm thinking the worst and was preparing for a large bill.

    Then the came the call. So after going over my car with a fine tooth comb, they found out, are you ready? I was out of gas! Seriously!

    Carolina Tire could have said just about anything and replaced it and I would have approved, but they didn't. They are an honest shop and I want to publicly thank them for that. They make a few general service maintenance items which I approved and my baby is back and running better than ever.

    For the most honest and straightforward service, trust these guys for sure. BTW, they were working on what appeared to be everything in their shop, not just Porsche cars. Lot's of European, Asian and domestic.

    I got an estimate from another shop that I thought was high. Found Carolina Tire and Service Center on RepairPal. Jim, the owner was great, estimate was $100 less and they did a great job. They were also very helpful in finding a bumping noise in the front end. On top of all that they gave me a Senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased.

    Jim is awesome. Love the showroom, kids playroom and the awesome service. Carolina Tire beats the dealership or any Tire Kingdom, etc any day of the week. My Toyota minivan is running better than ever, thanks Carolina Tire.

    Had a quote at Hendrick BMW and took it to Carolina Tire & Auto to get a 2nd opinion. Well, BMW was correct in their diagnosis but Carolina Tire beat their quote by $500.00 - And their work is warrantied nationwide. My Bimmer is back thanks to Carolina Tire. They know BMW's.

    Wonderful job, least expensive in town. Their master mechanic made my Towncar run like a dream again. BTW, they have the coolest waiting room in town. I don't care where you are currently going, it isn't this nice and quality of work at these prices. Give Carolina Tire a shot at any job no matter how big or small.

    I'm a stay at home Mom and had a budget in mind when I had our timing belt & water pump replaced. The Honda dealer was WAY to high. Carolina Tire came in at our budget, fixed it on time and it's som much better now.

    To all you Mom's. This place should be rated #1 by Charlotte Parent Magazine. Kid friendly, clean bathrooms, a kids playroom, comfy couch and chairs and free popcorn. Take your car and kids no where else but Carolina Tire. There's no other place like this, it's a hidden gem for Moms and more.

    I originally thought Carolina Tire was just a tire place. Little did I know about their auto repair abilities. I usually take my Mercedes to the dealer but at the rates the dealer charges I thought I'd take a chance.

    Carolina Tire had the sophisticated computer electronics to diagnose my check engine light on my Mercedes and fixed it on time and WAY under what Mercedes would charge.

    I will take my Mercedes no where else from now on anywhere but Carolina Tire. These guys really know auto repair and have the equipment and ability to fix it.

    Carolina Tire really knows what they are doing. Jim the owner gave me sound advice, the mechanics were so helpful and I got great work done in a timely fashion and a great price. NO OTHER shop around is like this in Charlotte, the inside is just beautiful and like home. For auto repair in Charlotte go to Carolina Tire for sure.
