Assessment Summary

When reviewing Carfix we found so many great things about them it's hard to know where to start. Their employees are experienced, ASE certified, and well trained (they set a goal of completing 40 hours of training each year!). The shop as been awarded the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence, and in addition, they have the tools and equipment we would expect to see in one of our Top Shops. This level of expertise makes us confident that vehicles coming into the shop will be fixed right, the first time. All of this is housed in a state of the art facility and backed by a 30 month/30,000 mile warranty.

  The guys at Carfix are great. Very friendly, family oriented. Love to look at the pictures they post of their families, and information about themselves. Always enjoy seeing the dogs at the office..:)

  Very helpful, and as my husband works a lot, I take care of having our car serviced for the most part. As a woman, I appreciate the professional attitude displayed by the employees. Sometimes car repair personnel are disrespectful or condescending if a woman is the customer. Not so with Carfix. I always feel like I'm getting a straight answer. Thanks so much!

  The staff at Carfix are very nice, knowledgeable, family oriented, honest and dependable people. I know when I take my car there to be looked at, they will and will inform me if anything needs attention. I have been going to them for years with all of our cars.
