I was about to take a trip to Florida and I brought my car in to have my front brakes and rotor replaced because I was getting pulsation when I applied the brakes. I was told that the front brakes were fine and the problem was in the rear, so I had them put on new tires and replace my rear brakes and rotors. I ask if he checked the front rotors and brake pads and I was assured they were in good shape. I was also told that I was in need of a new battery based on a test they did on it. I had never had a problem with the battery that was only one year old and it has been starting just fine in this years sub zero weather. The following day I drove to Florida and after 15 minutes on the road I started to get a pulsating brake again. I had it checked along the way and was told that I needed to have my front rotors refaced . I had them reface the rotors and put on new front pads and everything was perfect after that. I have had a 10 + year favorable experience with car x with the exception of my last two visits in the last 8 months. Before that, I had to bring my other auto in 4 times to check because it was always running out of air. They kept telling me it was a change of temperature , however on the 4th inspection they decided to fix the hole and I had no further problems. I will tell you that I use to send many family members and friends to Car X because the were able to get things done at a reasonable price and to my satisfaction. This is no longer the case and I will be using another company to service my 2 vehicles in the future.

I have taken multiple vehicles to this repair center. I am very pleased with the attention of the owner/mgr that he provides to ensure my satisfaction. While my knowledge of auto repair is above average, I believe the quality of the service provided has been very good for those tasks which I am unable to perform myself.

The service was good. My price was that quoted. It took a little longer then expected and both headlights fell and I had to have them re-positioned the very next day.

The estimate I was given included "necessary" and "unnecessary" repairs.
