My daughter started her car this morning, drove about 1 mile and stopped, turned off the car. Came back out to start the car and it would not start. Had her check all the usual (in park, steering not locked,etc) and still nothing. After about 5-10 minutes she tried it again and it started. Mechanic is saying it could be something with the Theft block? anyone know anything about this? He's estimating 200$ for the part plus labor...

MasterYou don't have to guess about this,there is a way to inspect for Anti-Theft system problems. There are codes etc., take the Chevy to a shop that knows how to do this. It may be something else, like a crank sensor etc. No need to pay for some one guessing.
