HOW WAS THE STARTER TESTED? IF, IF BATTERY FULL CHARGE HAVE SOMEONE TURN KEY TO START WHILE YOU TAP STARTER WITH HAMMER. IF IT STARTS THEN YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT TO DO. IF IT DOES NOT START YOU NEED A MECHANIC.

Then you need a mechanic to check it out. Should take about 10 min.!!!

Check neutral safety start switch if auto, clutch safety interlock switch if manual.

Try moving the shifter slightly while in neutral while turning the key.if nothing check voltage at the wire on the solenoid as you turn the key, should get 12V,if nothing and u have checked fuses, starter relay etc then suggest consulting a qualified mechanic to diagnose the electrical problem

You will try anything huh? Try the crank bolt...does it turn? Try the starter wire....does 12V get there? And did you try to test the starter using a test light?
