Question: Car won't start, brakes are locked and rear locks won't open.

Battery was just replaces. When trying to start the engine nothing happens, key won't turn on.

Enthusiastcan you give a little more info does the key actually turn in the ignition? also does radio and other devices have power? sounds like there is a list that needs to be addressed one at a time. check the cables all the way to the ends make sure they are connected
