I was involved in a minor accident that cracked my windsheild, popped my tire, and deployed my airbags. I replaced the tire, airbags, airbag module(brain), and windsheild. my car still wont start. what else do i need to check or fix. does the emergency fuel cut off switch have anything to do with it?

Honda do not have an inertia or fuel cut off switch. Could any wiring harness been cut by the accident? Perhaps if you have the radio code try disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes and then reattach cable.
