Question: Car wont start

Car wont start or turn over (makes no noise at all), battery light is green/fully charged, cleaned battery connection, tried jumping it with no success, can hear a noise when car is in "on" thinking that might be the fuel pump from what Iv read, interior lights will come on and off when "on", headlights work sometimes, was able to pop the clutch a few times to get it started.
Not sure what the problem is, any ideas or help on this would be great! Thanks!

If the car won't crank over, then it could be your starter or ignition switch. Just because the Battery light is green only means that 1 cell is good, not always whole battery. Can you try to have some one jump start your car? It would not be the fuel pump, because if the car won't even turn over, the fuel pump is not yet even involved. It takes the car turning over to get the fuel pump to be electrically started by the computer.

It could be the alternator. I had a friend look at mine because of the same problem.
