2005 Toyota Sienna Q&A

2005 Toyota Sienna Question: Car won't start?

I replaced the battery a year ago, cleaned the corroded negative battery terminal. The car has been fine until today, it wouldn't start. Lights and radio came on, but engine wouldn't turn over. After about 5 tries, it came on. Still a bit sluggish turning over. -

could be cable issues or bad battery again. what brand battery did you buy? batteries tend to go bad at temp change time like the summer heat -

Thanks for your reply. I had my battery tested it was good to go, but the negative battery terminal is rusted, so I don't know if thats the problem? I tried jump starting it, no go though. -
