Car won't start on 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood

Went to go turn on my car the other day & it wouldn't turn Took the battery to get checked & was told it was good so if the car won't cranck up then could it be the starter causeing it not to start??

You may have a problem with the anti-theft system on your 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood. Look for the security light staying on. If the security light stays on, chances are the wires in the steering column to the lock cylinder are broken.
