My car won't start. For about a week before this happened, the )/( dashboard light came on & the car would not blow out any heat. Also the temp. gauge would not move off of the C even though I would be driving for a while. The Check engine light also came on & stayed on for a about a week prior to it not starting

Tow the car to a Chrysler specialist, the check engine light is important so mention that the technician. The check engine light indicates that the computer has detected a malfunction in the engine/emission control system and has diagnostic codes and data stored which would be essential in diagnosing the problem. If you want to find a specialist, here's a directory link for you: https://repairpal.com/directory?address=20706&car_brand_names=Dodge

the light came on yesterday with a second light, a lightening bolt. the lightening bolt then went out but the check engine light stayed on. Today the car won't start, it cranks but won't turn over.
Thermostat went to H immediately and car over heated. I kept driving till I got home and not the car won't turn on. Did I kill the engine?
The lightning bolt indicator is on. Car turns over but won't start
