Question: car won't start

my car was broke into, chev. dealership worked on it due to insurance.Car won't start after I took home,had wrecker take it to other mechanic and he said the code for the ignition had to be put back in. Dealership said they replaced the electronic module, however my car still won't even crank. Auto parts store told me this car doesn't even have an electronic module. Help please I need a car!

    Call your insurance agent and tell them that the dealership didn't repair the vehicle and what shop do they suggest you bring it to now as this is a comprehensive insurance claim and they are responsible to have it repaired properly
