1998 Cadillac Seville STS Question: car wont start

When I turn my key to start the car it start clickin now its not doin nothin so I put it on the pocket scan and it came up ignition control module but I switch it now the some problem I put a new starter,new alternator,tune up,new battery can sumbody tell me my problem plz

    stop throwing parts at the car and get a cadillac mechanic involved.

    You need to examine the neutral/safety switch which sits on the top of the transmission at the end of the shifter cable. It's a bit hard to get out, but once out of the car it can be taken apart, cleaned up from the original hard dirty grease you'll find, clean the contacts with 440 wet or dry sandpaper, lightly grease, reinstall, and voila, you'll be cured!
