Car wont start on 1997 Ford Thunderbird

The starter and battery are fine..i think it might be a fuse or something..any suggestions on where it would be or if it could be something else?..

ck connection at battery and ground at eng block

my 97 t-bird 4.6 auto fuel inj. car started fine, alternator went out, put new one on ,in mean time ran out of gas. Now with alternator back on car it wont start just cranks , checked spark to plug...
my car overheated and now it will not start could it be the timing? or what other cause could it be?
My engine cranks but wont start...changed plugs but no fire is coming from them. Someone suggested I may need to change the Coil Packs

ive tried pressing brake peddle turned ignition on tried rocking steering wheel back n forth sometimes that frees up the gear shifter please if u know what causes this please i need help
