1999 Volvo S80 Question: car won't crank or start, when fuse #32 pulled car will now crank stillno start

The battery is charged starter is ok wont crank at all but when the #32 centeral electrical fuse pulled it will now crank but still won't start.

    You would have to trace the wiring and see what is on that circuit fuses 25 and 26 I think are the immobilizer/alarm. Do you have a workshop manual? There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
