Intermittent problems are some of the toughest issues we ever have to deal with. If the battery is completely dead and the normal drain is below 30ma, then the failure isn't there all of the time and probably wasn't acting up when the shops saw the vehicle. One item that can do that is the power antenna if your car is equipped with one. But of course that is only one possibility, there are a number of potential candidates. Make it a habit to spend a few moments listening around the car an hour or two after you park it. You might hear something turning on/off or see interior lamps cycling and that could help narrow down the possibilities. If the antenna is the culprit, it will look like it has gone down, but will actually stop just short and get stuck. When its quiet around the car you will hear the relay turning on/off because of the motor being stalled. HTH.
