Question: car will not start until fuel pump runs for 10 sec

No spark to plugs until fuel pump cuts off ,around 10 seconds, has new pump & filters. What can it have to do with spark To plugs?

    Run a fuel injection cleaner through your gas tank. If this fails to help out the problem you may want to look at getting a fuel injector cleaning done by a local and reputably shop.
