Question: car will not start

I COULD be driveing and my car will just cut off if i let it set it will start again

    Could be fuel pump, ignition module, Power Control Module...better to be diagnosed by a professional.

    most likely your problem is in the fuel pump very typical for these toyotas to travel maybe 10 miles and cutout you let it set for a while and it will run a little longer. When you turn the key on dont start it listen for the fuel pump running. Diagnostic test will tell for sure should cost to diagnose maybe 40-50$. Fuel pump is in tank and should cost around 120.00 if you have any kind of mechanical experience you could fix this yourself otherwise a mechanic will charge around 500.00 plus what the pump cost good luck.
