car will not start on 1995 Hyundai Accent

the battery was replaced in the car and hooked up backwards, and the car will not start now

Most likely you melted most of the fuse able links. You need to locate all of them and then replace them, with the battery connected correctly of course. Then you need to replace all the blown fuses. www.alldatadiy.com can help. It costs a little but is well worth it.

there is a main fuse in the underhood fuse box. replace it and check all others. hopefully you did not damage any computers. Roy
