2000 Chrysler Cirrus Q&A
2000 Chrysler Cirrus Question: car will not start
You need to check for spark and fuel pressure. You should be able to hear the fuel pump for a second when you turn the key to ON. If you're not sure you can hear it, listen at the uncapped fuel filler pipe while your assistant turns the key to ON. If you don't hear anything, the fuel pump is probably not working. If you can locate it, try tapping on the MAIN relay which controls the fuel system and ignition system. If tapping on the MAIN relay makes a difference, then I'd suspect the MAIN relay.
