1998 Ford Escort Question: CAR WILL NOT START

I HAVE NOT STARTED MY CAR SINCE MONDAY WHEN ALL THE BAD WEATHER CAME IN . AND TODAY WEDNESDAY IS THE FIRST DAY I GOT A CHANCE TO TRY TO START IT BUT NOW IT WILL NOT START TRIED ALREADY TO JUMP IT BUT STILL WILL NOT START.. -

some one told me it might be the fuel line is frozen could this be the problem or is it the battery I got the battery in august 2010.... -

Does the engine crank at all? If it cranks and does not start, you could have a spark or fuel system issue. If it does not crank, first the battery must be fully charged, and then you can try again. -
