2000 Dodge Caravan Question: car will not crank after replacing starter

 Rookie

i replace my starter but my car still will not start even after checking my relay and fuses and all the connections

    why did you replace the starter to begin with? was there a problem then?

    Check fuse 10 (10 amp) in the fuse box, it supplies power to the fuel pump relay. the black /red wire at the starter relay sends power to the starter motor when the powertrain control module grounds the relay after it receives a signal from the ignition switch.
