Car was jarred from behind and now won't start on 2005 Porsche Boxster

Someone jarred the car from behind while parked and now the car won't start.Does it have something to do with resetting a fuel valve that automatically disconnects when bumped?

There could be an inertia switch to cut off the fuel in an accident. Best thing I can tell you is consult the owner's manual and look it up. If it's not mentioned, you need to find a Porsche specialist. Here's a directory link for you: https://repairpal.com/directory?address=91403&car_brand_names=Porsche
