Someone jarred the car from behind while parked and now the car won't start.Does it have something to do with resetting a fuel valve that automatically disconnects when bumped?

There could be an inertia switch to cut off the fuel in an accident. Best thing I can tell you is consult the owner's manual and look it up. If it's not mentioned, you need to find a Porsche specialist.
