Car starts after being jumped, but once I turn it off it will not start unless jumped again. It will remain running until I turn it off! This problem started only after my friend pulled out the fuses. He put the fuse box back, but now car won't start! Are the fuses related to the battery??

Some definetly are. Why and what fuses did he pull out? Battery needs to be checked. You can jump a car and start it and it will stay running on the alternator. It will not restart if the battery has failed.
