Question: car turns over but it wont fire, is getting spark, and theres fuel going to the rail.

 Rookie

car will not start has fuel going to rails and, there is spark. Is this this fuel injectors and if so how troublesome is diy and possible steps...?

    It might be your fuel pump. It is not likely that all of your fuel injectors failed at once. There may be fuel in the rail but it needs to be pressurized to spray through the injectors. My fiancee's car just had that problem and it was her fuel pump. I was able to spray starter spray through the intake while cranking the engine and it started right up.
