Question: Car stopped running

 Rookie

I was driving down the road and my car qiut running. After I pulled over and tried to restart all I get is one loud click when I turn the key. All lights, radio and everything work. I removed the battery and had it tested and it is fully charge. Cleaned the terminals put it back in and the same thing happens? I don't think it is the fuel pump because it doesn't even attempt to crank over after the first click. Any ideas?
