You need to check the fuses first, especially if the clock and radio are separate from each other. If the clock is built into the radio and the fuses are good you could have a wiring concern or bad radio unit. You will need to check the connectors at the rear of the radio unit, if the fuses are okay. Also make sure to check the engine compartment fuses too, many circuits have fuses in both fuse boxes. As for replacing the radio/CD player, you could go with an aftermarket unit to save you money,(adapters are available to connect aftermarket units to the OEM wiring harnesses). Dealer radio, you would have to see if it is a rebuilt or new unit the price can differ greatly. Good luck.
