i bought this car form a dealer as is in the morning and now in the evening while i wanted to go out 1) i observed a strange fuel gauge reading it just shooted up and i drove it for a couple of yards and 2) it stopped as if it ran out of gas . i tried filling it up with about 3 gallons of fuel but still the engine is cranking but doesn't start. and now 3) it slowly started to lose battery power

It is possible that your fuel pump has failed. I would recommend that you talk with the dealer who sold you the car and see if they will offer any help. In any case the no start condition will need to be diagnosed by a qualified technician.
