car start on 2004 Mercedes-Benz C240

When the car is warm I can start it everytime. When the car is cold I havae to turn it over many times before it starts. After that it runs great. No missing Thanks

my mechanic did a complete tune-up and changed all the filters and fluids and plugs. even replaced the CPS and Cam Sensor. rechecked all the voltages also. the problem started during the cold weather season. tested the fuel pump pressure and it was ok. he did mention that it could be a lazy pump. :-( might need to change the fuel pump to see if it can fix the cold morning starts. btw, once the car starts up, the car runs like new. i can even let the car shutoff for over 8 hours and it will fire right up instantly.

Really need to check the condition of the tune up parts and then check the computer for any codes, like a coolant temp code etc. That could cause very hard starting. Also make SURE that your battery is no more than 4 years old.
