I changed the IACValve and the fuel pressure regulator, the car ran great for about 20 minutes. When I turned the car off and restarted it I couldn't keep the car running anymore.

I have a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville with the same motor that had the same issue. How full do you fill your gas tank? I was filling mine until I couldn't put anymore in it. Found out from mechanic that all that extra gas is being drawn into the charcoal canister and it was filled with gas. Had canister changed and problem went away. Mechanic said when pump shuts off don't put anymore gas in. Don't know if you are overfilling, but if so stop. You might have to replace canister. Watch for Code P0440. If you get that, have your emissions system checked and if you explain it right and they are a good mechanic they will figure it out.
