2000 Honda Accord Question: Car squeaks at right turns and stopping and starting

It could be an exhaust heat shield (it would be more noticeable when you first start up from cold and go away once the engine has reached operating temperature), it could be fan belt related, it could be an inner fender liner (made from plastic, if the wheel contacts it on turns it should leave a distinguishing mark on the plastic). It's too hard to guess without being able to hear the noise first hand.
