CarSMART is a "get what you pay for" kind of shop, but I'm going to start looking elsewhere because they are very expensive and friends have recommended other shops that aren't as expensive, with good quality.

They're just very attentive to detail. Very customer friendly. They take pictures of all their work, so there is no lack of trust. They give me a ride home and pick me up. They go out of the way for the customer. They're just very likable. I know Bob and I go in there and talk to him like my neighbor. A good guy. I would highly recommend them.

They do really good work and have it done. You don't have to bring it back after they do the work. At some shops, you have to bring it back to do additional work, but you don't have to there.

Thanks for sharing your concern, I am sure it is very frustrating. This sounds like an idle circuit issue. I would first look at the air intake boot and make sure is properly secured and has no cracks or splits. The idle control solenoid is a some what common failure and does stick at times. I believe it is located on the air intake near the boot, try tapping on before replacing for a temporary test. Hope this helps

Typically if the blower is working, air conditioners do not come because of a loss of refrigerant. There are other reasons however this is the most common
fuse for the windows?
Your Jaguar has a minimum of 4 fuse/component panels
left and right under the hood, left drivers compartment, and right passenger compartment, hope this helps

"Tuneup" is really a term that has gone away with computer controls, the computer makes all fuel and ignition adjustments as needed, the important thing is maintenance inspections to keep fluids and filters in good condition, the spark plugs are also inspected for wear and typically replaced between 75 and 105,000 miles depending on the vehicle

There are many possibilities here, the Dakota needs to be inspected by a technician who can attach test equipment so when it does not start he/she can tell if it is fuel or ignition, once that is determined it can be diagnosed and repaired

You can very well have a bad master cylinder, however a complete brake inspection including inspection of front and rear brakes, parking brake system and hydraulic system. Obviously brakes are a safety item and a complete inspection makes sense.

When a "large evap leak" is present it is necessary to trace the circuit for a solenoid issue or a leak, in order to diagnose this scan and smoke machine equipment is necessary.
Without additional details the first question is if it does not crank the battery, starting and charging system need diagnosing, if it does crank than determining whether it is a fuel or ignition problem is the next step
I initially noticed the creaking/jiggling ...
Typically this type of noise is suspension related. However that is just a guess. It is important that a certified technician inspect your concern to find your problem.

Do you have air flow from the drivers and passenger vents near the windows? Also, not to insult you, be sure the air flow wheels are turned on full for each vent not working. At that point it is time to have a certified technician inspect the condition.

Trevor. Anytime you are experiencing this sort of concern it is time for a certified technician to test the electrical system. A fuse, wiring possibly alternator may be causing the problem
