My car shut off while I was driving it. I tried to restart it and it turnsover a little but will not start. I have changed the fuel pump, timing belt, and spark plugs. Does anyone have insight into what to do next. When I changed the timing belt I noticed numerous teeth were missing. We are getting fuel so it wasn't the fuel pump and getting spark.

Since your timing belt failed while driving and cogs were missing, it's logical to assume that the cam timing was lost and since it's an interference engine, valves are damaged and you therefore wouldn't have much compression. At the least, you'd need to replace engine valves and at worst, the engine.
