Question: car shakes when applying brakes

My car shakes when I slow down getting off the ramp from the freeway. I don't know if the car shakes or just the steering wheel but the steering wheel for sure. I just had front and back brake pads replace not too long ago.

    Terry, you are experiencing the classic example of brake rotors that need either resurfaced or replaced. You may not have had that done when the brakes were replaced, but it's essential. And if you did have it done, or they are new rotors- then you may have an issue where there are hot spots in the rotors causing a recurring problem.
