Question: car shakes at 60+mph. Seems to diminish at 75+mph

car shakes at 60+ mph. front end aligned, new tires (balanced ) bearings packed twice in two months, new pivot arm. 178,000 miles on vehicle.
What will stop the "shake"???

    If it is a rhythmic shaking, then it is absolutely a wheel balancing issue. Have the front wheels balanced again, do all four while you're at it. It's really the only thing that will cause a high speed wheel balance.

    TRY AND SEE WHAT CONDITION THE STEERING STABILIZER IS IN...OR THE BUSHINGS...STILL SOUNDS LIKE AN ALIGNMENT PROBLEM OR BENT TIE ROD...IT'S A FORD....FORD MEANS "FIX OR REPAIR DAILY" ...GOODLUCK !!!
