1996 Nissan Maxima Question: Car shakes and the engine light blinks.

I have gotten a tune up and I changed a fuel injector. I also changed the cam position sensor then I got a oil change and engine flush. My 1996 Nissan Maxima shakes while in drive and when im in park. Then the engine light blinks and it shuts off sometimes. What can be the problem.

    When you say the engine light blinks is it the Check Engine light or the RED engine light? Also was this problem happening before tune up and sensors were changed?
    How many miles on car?

    this is some one else but my car is doing the same thing except shut off and my engine light is not on and i did not change the injector or sensor but it did not do it before i did the oil change and the plugs.

    same issue check engine light is on blinking and yes prior to me getting the tune up and sensors changed car was shaking....also why is there a smell coming from my car smells like the exhaust
